Refund & Cancellation Policy for Bee Waxing Spa LLC

Service Refunds

All completed waxing services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your results, please notify us before leaving the spa or within 24 hours of your appointment. When a concern results from the service provided, we will gladly offer a complimentary correction or touch-up.

Skin Reactions and Sensitivity

Skin reactions vary by individual and are not grounds for a refund. Please inform your waxing specialist of any skin sensitivities, medications, allergies, or medical conditions before your service.

Product Sales

All product sales are final.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service price.

No-shows will also be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Arrival Time

Please arrive on time for your appointment to avoid disruptions or reductions to your scheduled service.
